A/C system test report
Full cooling test: pressures, superheat, subcooling, temp split, and capacity — 103.8% of rated on this 3-ton system.
MEASUREQUICK DIAGNOSTICS
Superheat and subcooling verified against manufacturer specs with connected instruments — never guessed, never "close enough."
WHAT WE MEASURE
Refrigerant charge is confirmed with the measurements your equipment's manufacturer specifies — matched to the metering device in your system.
For fixed-metering (piston) systems: the temperature of the vapor above boiling at the compressor inlet. Too low risks liquid slugging; too high starves the coil.
For TXV systems: the temperature of the liquid below condensing at the condenser outlet. Confirms a solid column of liquid is reaching the metering device.
Suction and liquid pressures with line temperatures, evaluated against outdoor conditions — not against a rule of thumb.
PROOF OF A DRY SYSTEM
Before any system is charged, it must be evacuated — moisture and non-condensables pulled out under deep vacuum. Our micron reports prove it happened, with a geotag and timestamp on every one.
A proper evacuation pulls the system below 500 microns — the point where moisture boils off at room temperature.
The vacuum must hold. A decay test watches for pressure rise that would reveal moisture still boiling off or a leak.
Every report carries the location and time of the test. It happened at your home, on your system — not on a bench somewhere.
SAMPLE REPORTS
Customer names, locations, and serial numbers removed — every measurement intact. This is exactly what you'll receive after your visit.
Full cooling test: pressures, superheat, subcooling, temp split, and capacity — 103.8% of rated on this 3-ton system.
Deep vacuum pulled to 377 microns with zero decay over 22 minutes — geotagged proof the system was dried before charging.
